INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 serving udon noodles
Protein
- 2 crab sticks
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 2 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber and ham. Cut the boiled egg in half. Shred the crab sticks.
Place the udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to cool.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar) in a bowl. Add the udon noodles and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the noodles and top with cucumber, ham, crab sticks, and boiled egg halves. Serve immediately.
