    • 10 frozen dumplings
  • Vegetables

    • 50g shredded cabbage

    • 🥒 1/3 sliced cucumber
    • 🥕 1/4 sliced carrot
    • 4 sliced perilla leaves
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Spray oil on frozen dumplings and cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Shred the cabbage and slice the onion thinly.

Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.

Roll the perilla leaves and slice them thinly.

Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.

Combine the prepared vegetables with the sauce and mix well.
