INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 190g somyeon (thin wheat noodles)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

STEPS
Prepare 190g of somyeon (thin wheat noodles) for 2 servings.
Boil water and cook the somyeon until tender.
Rinse the cooked noodles several times in cold water to cool and remove excess starch.
Prepare the bibim sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, plum extract, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced green onion.
Combine the cooked noodles with the bibim sauce and mix thoroughly.
