INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (200g), trimmed
Dairy
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half vertically, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Trim the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add butter, and sauté the enoki mushrooms until softened. Add the bell peppers and stir until coated with butter.
Add the ponzu soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir briefly to combine.
