INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
- 1 bell pepper (30g)
- 🥕 4cm carrot
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400cc water
Topping
- 🧀 1 tsp grated cheese
STEPS
Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice thinly. Thinly slice the carrot lengthwise, then julienne it.
Slice the sausages into 8mm thick rounds.
In a pot, add the carrot, sausage, and seasoning ingredients (☆). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the carrot softens. Add the bell pepper and cook briefly.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
