STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and dice into 1cm pieces. Peel and dice the avocado into 1cm pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Dice the cream cheese into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, combine the bell peppers, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cream cheese. Add the parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well.
