Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables

- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced

- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
Garnish

STEPS
Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add the beef and onion. Stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add cherry tomatoes, canned tomatoes, and seasonings (consomme, salt, pepper). Simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then mix in the cooked spaghetti.
Serve on a plate and garnish with fresh basil.
