    • 200g of beef (thinly sliced)
    • 🥛 1 block of tofu (cut into squares)
    • 🥔 1 potato (peeled and thinly sliced)
    • 🥕 1 carrot (sliced)
  • Broth

    • 6 cups of water
    • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Add 6 cups of water into a large pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add soy sauce and minced garlic.

Add beef and simmer on medium heat until cooked through.
