INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍖 300g beef tendon
Vegetables
- đź§… 2 green onion stalks
- 🥔 10cm daikon radish
- đź§… 2 scallions
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Wash the beef tendon with water. Boil water in a pot, add beef tendon and green onion stalks, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Wash the beef tendon again and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the daikon radish into bite-sized pieces. Slice the scallions thinly.
Place the beef tendon, daikon radish, and all seasoning ingredients into the rice cooker. Cook using the regular rice cooking mode.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with sliced scallions.
