- 🥩 200g beef tenderloin
- 4 perilla leaves

- 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- a little olive oil
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- a pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the beef tenderloin into thick pieces.
Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Prepare the doenjang sauce by mixing doenjang, sesame oil, mayonnaise, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, and sesame seeds.
Julienne the perilla leaves, onion, and lettuce.
Heat a pan with olive oil and cook the marinated beef slices on low heat until golden brown.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, arrange the vegetables on top, and add the cooked beef slices.
Drizzle the doenjang sauce over the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
