- Tenderloin, cut into finger-length pieces
- 200g round steak
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp rosemary
- 3 tbsp seasoned vinegar
- đź§‚ 0.5 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- A small amount of fresh wasabi
Rice
- 🍚 Cooked white rice
STEPS
Prepare the onion and radish sprouts.
Cut the beef (sirloin, tenderloin, or round steak) into finger-length pieces.
Mix the beef marinade: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 0.5 tbsp rosemary.
Cook the beef with the marinade in a frying pan over low heat.
Prepare the sushi vinegar: mix 3 tbsp vinegar, 0.5 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp oligosaccharide.
Mix the seasoned vinegar into the cooked white rice.
Shape the rice into bite-sized sushi pieces using gloves.
Top each sushi piece with a small amount of fresh wasabi.
Place the cooked beef, radish sprouts, and onion on top of the sushi.
