- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
STEPS
Slice red and yellow bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and beef into thin strips.
Mix beef with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch for marinade.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add ginger and garlic, and stir until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until tender. Mix in oyster sauce, sake, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper, and stir until well combined.
