- 🥔 Potatoes 3 pieces (cubed)
- 🥕 Carrots 2 pieces (roughly chopped)

- Red wine 1 cup
- Beef stock 2 cups
- 🍅 Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
- Bay leaves 2 pieces

STEPS
Sear the beef in a frying pan until browned on the surface.
Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the onion, then add the carrots and potatoes and stir-fry further.
Add red wine and evaporate the alcohol.
Add beef stock, tomato paste, and bay leaves to the pot, then return the beef.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
Season with salt and black pepper, and it's ready to serve.
