- 1 tbsp chili powder

STEPS
Prepare broth using anchovies, shrimp, and kelp, or use a broth cube for convenience.
Add soybean paste, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and thinly sliced onion to the broth and bring to a boil.
Once the soybean paste soup is seasoned, add sliced beef brisket one piece at a time.
Simultaneously, cook the noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions.
When the beef is slightly cooked, add bean sprouts to the soup.
