INGREDIENTS

    • 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bag mizuna greens
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
    • 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
    • 2 myoga, julienned
  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • to taste white sesame seeds

Trim the roots of the mizuna greens and cut into 4cm lengths.

Julienne the carrot, cucumber, and myoga.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the beef slices one at a time, and blanch over medium-low heat until the color changes. Cool in cold water and drain.

In a bowl, mix ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Add all the prepared ingredients and toss well. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds as desired.
