    • 🍄 1 cup of mushrooms (sliced)

  • Seasonings and Broth

    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

    • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

STEPS

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the beef.

When the beef is halfway cooked, add onions and carrots, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.

Pour in water and soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes after it starts boiling.
