INGREDIENTS

  • Noodles

    • 1 frozen udon noodle pack
  • Meat

    • 100g sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
    • đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 2 tsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp water

Slice the red bell pepper and onion thinly. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, ginger, gochujang, and water) with the beef, onion, and red bell pepper. Place the frozen udon and chives on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.

Remove the container and let it sit for 2 minutes. Add sesame oil and mix well. Microwave uncovered for another 2 minutes. Serve in a bowl.
