- 🥩 100g beef brisket
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach

- đź§… 1/2 green onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp dashida
STEPS
Place frozen beef brisket in a pot and grill until cooked.
Thaw frozen spinach and set aside.
Once the beef is cooked, add water to the pot and dissolve 2 tbsp soybean paste.
Slice green onion, chilies, and onion into small pieces.
Add 1 tbsp fish sauce and 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add spinach, onion, and chilies to the boiling soup.
Add 1 tsp minced garlic and simmer on medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder for extra spice.
Season with dashida to taste.
Add sliced green onion and simmer for a final boil.
