- 🥩 100g beef brisket
Vegetables

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
Other
- đź’§ 100ml water
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- A pinch of oregano
STEPS
Slice 1/3 onion and chop a small amount of scallion.
Mix soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Add the sauce and 100ml water to a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, add beef brisket and onion slices, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the beef mixture, scallion, and egg yolk. Sprinkle oregano on top.
