    • 🥩 300g beef (thinly sliced)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 1 cup carrots (julienned)

    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Soak the chia seeds in warm water for 5 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat.
