INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 300g beef (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 cup carrots (julienned)
Others
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
STEPS
Soak the chia seeds in warm water for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat.
Add the beef and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add the carrots to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Season with soy sauce and salt.
Return the beef and soaked chia seeds to the pan and mix all the ingredients together.
Serve the finished dish on a plate.
