Seasonings

- Red wine 50ml
- Water 300ml
- Bay leaf 1 piece

STEPS
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then lightly sear it in a frying pan.
Add onions, carrots, and mushrooms to the pot and sauté.
Return the beef to the pot and add tomato paste, red wine, and water.
Add a bay leaf, then simmer over low heat for 30–40 minutes.
