- 🥩 Beef thinly sliced, 200g
- 🍄 Mushrooms (shiitake), 50g
- 🥕 Carrot, 1 (sliced)

- 🍚 Rice, 2 cups
Seasonings
- Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Mirin, 1 tablespoon
- đź§‚ Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Kombu dashi, 400ml
STEPS
Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and slice the vegetables.
Put the rice, beef, vegetables, and seasonings into a pot or rice cooker and pour the dashi stock.
Cook using the regular rice-cooking mode.
Once cooked, mix everything well and serve.
