INGREDIENTS
Main Dish
- 🥩 Beef 150g (thinly sliced)

- 🥕 Carrot 1/2 (shredded)
- 🍄 Mushrooms 80g (sliced)
- 🍚 Cold rice 2 servings
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- đź§‚ Salt 1/3 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
STEPS
Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir-fry the beef.
Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the pan temporarily.
Using the same pan, add onions, carrots, and mushrooms and stir-fry.
When the vegetables are soft, add the cold rice and mix it well as you fry.
Return the cooked beef to the pan, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry again.
Adjust the seasoning, plate the dish, and it's ready to serve.
