INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of boiled udon noodles
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 stalk of green onion, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- đź’§ 50cc water
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir briefly, then add the udon noodles, green onion, and water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Mix the udon noodles to loosen them, then add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir well.
Serve in bowls and top with egg yolks.
