INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍠 150g sweet potato, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Wash the sweet potato, cut it into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 7mm pieces. Soak in water for 10 minutes, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain any excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the shimeji mushrooms, sweet potato, and the ☆ seasonings to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
