INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 3 handfuls boiled radish greens
- 4 green chili peppers
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 🥩 200g beef
- đź’§ 1500ml water
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp beef stock powder
STEPS
Slice the boiled radish greens into small pieces.
Slice the green chili peppers and green onion finely.
Heat cooking oil and sesame oil in a pot, then stir-fry the beef over low heat.
Add chili powder to the beef and stir-fry until the oil turns red.
Add minced garlic and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
Add fish sauce and beef stock powder, then continue boiling.
Add the sliced green onion and boil further.
Add the sliced green chili peppers and boil.
Add soybean paste for a richer flavor and boil until the soup thickens.
