INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 🥩 200g beef for soup
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- đź’§ 1 liter water
- 3 coin soup stocks
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
STEPS
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin pieces.
Slice the green onion and green chili into small pieces.
Pat the beef dry with a paper towel and marinate with 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, add the beef, and stir-fry until browned. Add the potatoes and stir-fry together.
Add 1 tbsp fish sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in 1 liter of water and add 3 coin soup stocks. Cover the pot and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Add the green onion, green chili, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Adjust the seasoning with salt if needed, and cook for a few more minutes.
