Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

STEPS
Cut the beef into suitable sizes and marinate with soy sauce and sugar for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onions over medium heat. Once they become translucent, take them out.
In the same frying pan, stir-fry the beef until it’s cooked through. Then return the onions and mix lightly.
Place freshly cooked rice on a plate, top it with the beef and onion stir-fry, and it’s ready to serve.
