STEPS
Cut the beef into 3-4cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion and lightly grease a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
Add the beef and briefly sauté until the surface turns brown.
Add tomato sauce and bay leaf to the skillet, boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt if needed.
