  • Beef Marinade

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper
  • Broth

    • 3 cups anchovy kelp broth
    • 2 tbsp soup soy sauce
    • đź§‚ To taste salt

STEPS

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Let it sit while preparing other ingredients.

Prepare the broth by boiling anchovy kelp stock. Set aside.

Slice mushrooms, onion, green onion, and chili pepper. Prepare dumplings and bean sprouts.
