INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g maitake mushrooms
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Add maitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add green onion and cook until softened.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions, then drain.
Add cooked spaghetti to the frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
