INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the beef slices.
Slice king oyster mushrooms thinly and cut chives into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry beef over medium heat until its color changes.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add chives, mix, and simmer briefly before serving.
