INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 200g bean sprouts
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces and thinly slice the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened. Then add the chives and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry to combine.
