INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g lettuce (washed thoroughly)
- 200g enoki mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (julienned)
Meat
- 🐄 150g beef (thinly sliced)
STEPS
Slice the beef thinly and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan and quickly stir-fry the beef. Once cooked, transfer it to a plate.
Blanch the enoki mushrooms in hot water briefly, rinse with cold water, and remove excess moisture.
Place lettuce, enoki mushrooms, and julienned carrots in a bowl and top with the stir-fried beef.
