INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 80g sliced beef
- đź§… 10cm green onion, thinly sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Seasoning
- đź’§ 300cc water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Finishing Touch
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Heat sesame oil in a small pot over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes. Add green onion and bean sprouts, then stir-fry briefly.
Add the soup seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper and white sesame seeds.
