INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 25g mentaiko (1/2 piece)
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Slice the zucchini diagonally into 5mm pieces and julienne them.
Place bean sprouts, zucchini, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Mix the cooled vegetables with mentaiko and the seasonings.
