INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 50g chopped kimchi
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them. Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water and mix the hot bean sprouts with the pea shoots.
Add the tuna, chopped kimchi, and the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds) to the container and mix well.
