- 1/2 bag bok choy

- 100g boiled octopus
Seasonings

STEPS
Thinly slice the boiled octopus.
Separate bok choy leaves and stems, then cut into thirds and finely slice.
Place bean sprouts and bok choy in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain excess water.
Combine the cooked vegetables, sliced octopus, and seasonings (salt, pepper, sesame oil, garlic paste). Mix well.
