    • 🥩 200g pork belly slices
  • Vegetables

    • 🌱 200g bean sprouts
    • 🌿 50g chives
  • Seasoning

  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp chili oil
    • 1/3 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Mix all the sauce ingredients (ponzu sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, and white sesame seeds) in a bowl.

Cut the chives into 3cm pieces using kitchen scissors and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Add the bean sprouts and mix them together, shaping them into a dome.

Spread the pork belly slices over the dome, wrapping it completely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked.

Pour the prepared sauce over the dish before serving.
