INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 pack (250g) bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🐟 1 pack (3g) bonito flakes
Sauce
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Cut the root ends of the bean sprouts and divide into 8 portions. Wrap each portion tightly with 2 slices of pork and arrange in a microwave-safe container.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sake over the rolls. Top with bonito flakes, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it steam for 1 minute, drain excess liquid, and serve with the prepared sauce.
