  • Seaweed

    • 1 sheet roasted seaweed
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the bean sprouts into 4cm lengths after removing the roots.

Mix the condiments (soy sauce, mayonnaise, sesame oil) in a bowl.

Add the bean sprouts and sesame seeds to the bowl. Tear the roasted seaweed into small pieces and mix everything together.
