INGREDIENTS
Main
- 2 sheets fried tofu
- 100g ground pork
- 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Finishing
- Mustard as needed
- Soy sauce as needed
STEPS
Mince the green onion. Cut the fried tofu into halves along the longer side and open them into pouches.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced green onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add bean sprouts and crush them slightly while mixing.
Stuff the tofu pouches with the mixture from step 2, pressing lightly to flatten.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed tofu until both sides are golden brown.
Cover the pan and steam-fry on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
Remove from the pan and cut diagonally into triangles. Serve with mustard and soy sauce.
