- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

STEPS
Trim the roots of the bean sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool and squeeze out excess water.
Add the seasonings (men-tsuyu, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and salt) to the bean sprouts and mix well.
