INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2/3 cup cooked rice
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 3-4 pieces aged kimchi
- A few perilla leaves
- ✨ A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp perilla oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
STEPS
Heat 1.5 tbsp perilla oil in a pan or pot.
Layer the bean sprouts evenly in the pan.
Add chopped aged kimchi on top of the bean sprouts, then drizzle gochujang, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide.
Add cooked rice, chopped perilla leaves, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat until fully heated through.
