- 1 cup bean sprouts

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Staples
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp crushed seaweed
STEPS
Dice the ham and carrot into small pieces. Prepare cooked rice.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, cooking wine, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in equal parts to make the sauce.
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Add diced carrot and ham to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add a portion of the sauce and stir-fry to coat the ingredients evenly.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry, gradually adding the remaining sauce.
Add blanched bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly to combine.
Finish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil. Stir well.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with crushed seaweed and fried eggs.
