INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 1/2 yuzu
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the root ends off the bean sprouts and divide them into two portions. Grate the yuzu peel and squeeze the juice.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the seasonings (☆) with the yuzu juice.
Serve the bean sprouts in a dish and top with grated yuzu peel.
