INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then squeeze out excess water.
Place bean sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the tuna, microwaved vegetables, and wakame, then mix well.
