- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, rehydrate dried wakame with plenty of water (not listed in ingredients). Squeeze out excess water.
In another bowl, mix the sesame oil, salt, and grated garlic. Add the wakame, bean sprouts, and toasted sesame seeds. Toss well to combine.
