STEPS
Mix the batter ingredients (egg, salt, flour, potato starch) in a bowl. Add bean sprouts, green onion, dried shirasu, and pizza cheese, and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan, flatten it, and cover with a lid. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the pancake and cook on low heat for another 2–3 minutes. Let it cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
