STEPS
Cut off the root of the bean sprouts and slice them into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic vertically, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the bean sprouts and stir until softened.
